Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept through completion. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and risk while guiding teams across process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental disciplines.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to major clients and internal stakeholders, driving profitability, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE, P.Eng) or Registered Architect (RA) license required; PMP certification preferred.
• 15–25 years of progressive experience in engineering and design project management, including at least 5 years managing large, multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering and design projects.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery and integrate multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide senior-level technical oversight and ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance.
