The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 15+ years in land development with strong leadership skills. A PE license is preferred, and you will mentor project teams while advancing Bohler's regional footprint.

• 15+ years of land development and site design experience.
• At least 7 years of staff management and leadership experience.
• Expertise in grading, stormwater management, zoning, utility design, and permitting.
