Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 6+ years as a Project Manager in the AEC industry.
• 5+ years in K-12 or higher education building construction/renovation.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, building systems, contract management, and project delivery methods.
• Leadership and ability to build client relationships.
• Proactive with interpersonal skills to maintain relationships.
