Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE, ME, EMGT or related field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional technical projects.
• Experience in electronics development or related engineering environments.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Customer Contact: New Business Development, New Product Introduction, Product Life Cycle Management.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional engineering teams, translate requirements, manage budgets, schedules and risk mitigation.
• Technical Leader: Drive projects from concept through launch into serial production; leverage engineering capabilities for design.
• Coordinate with customers, internal partners and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
