Job summary

CLA is hiring a Senior Project Manager - EPMO to join our Enterprise Project Management Office. This role focuses on developing project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing for IT-impact initiatives across infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software upgrades.

The position emphasizes leading cross-functional teams, establishing clear stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects align with budgets and timelines while collaborating with MPs,

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required; 2 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred
• 7 years of relevant experience preferred; 5 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: develop plans addressing policies and procedures to support deployment of internal projects and ensure on-schedule, within-budget progress.
• Relationship Management: lead a diverse project team and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional staff, stakeholders, MPs, executives, and vendors.
