Job summary

CLA is hiring a Senior Project Manager - EPMO to join our Enterprise Project Management Office. This role develops project proposals, aligns goals and staffing, and oversees IT-related projects, including infrastructure and software deployments.

You will guide cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the firm. We seek 4+ years of relevant experience with supervisory exposure; a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required; 2 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred
• 7 years of relevant experience preferred; 5 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Project Management: develop plans addressing policies and procedures to support internal projects, ensuring progress on schedule and within budget.
• Relationship Management: lead a diverse project team, maintain relationships with cross-functional staff, and ensure timely stakeholder communication.
