Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager to support the Site Investigation & Remediation (SIR) Business Line across Texas and Louisiana offices. You will lead project teams, build client relationships, and oversee field programs to deliver high-quality environmental solutions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in environmental consulting, a PE or equivalent registration, and strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field required.
• PE (Texas registration preferred) or professional registration required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible environmental experience.
• Experience growing client portfolios and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients for WSP's environmental business.
• Manage environmental projects including site characterization, remedial design, and compliance.
• Perform field work for site characterization/remediation; oversee subcontractors.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting for project tasks with minimal supervision.
• Provide technical review to ensure compliance with environmental laws and standards.
• Travel to project sites mainly in Texas with occasional western states; minimal overnight travel.
• Mentor and train junior staff; coordinate project teams for deliverables.
