Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a partner company in the United States to lead complex electrical substation projects for utility and data center clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• At least 10 years of project management experience within EPC electrical substation/high-voltage power systems environments.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects with accountability for financial, operational, commercial, and execution performance.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, forecasting, contract administration, risk management, and project financials.
• Experience with EPC lifecycle: design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
• U.S.-based high-voltage utility, grid infrastructure, industrial, or data center projects is highly desirable.
• PMP certification or equivalent PM credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large electrical substation projects for utilities and data centers.
• Own project performance across scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, risk, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, field services, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews with clear progress visibility.
• Manage contracts, change orders, claims, and commercial discussions per contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate risks that affect cost, schedule, quality, or customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, technical, contractual, and project execution standards.
• Mentor and guide project team members to strengthen execution capabilities.
