Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide overall administrative and technical direction for large electrical projects across multiple sectors. Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Act as liaison between internal and external project stakeholders.
• Authorize and approve project staffing decisions.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating and bid proposal development.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions, invoices, and change orders.
• Support safety program implementation and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain official project documentation and logs.
• Lead customer maintenance and sales/marketing efforts.
• Maintain understanding of labor agreements and standards.

About the Position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide overall administrative and technical direction for large electrical projects ($20M+) across various sectors including Alternative Energy, Automation, Civil, Power and Line, Technology, Healthcare, and Entertainment. This role carries bottom‑line responsibility for profit and loss and requires technical and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll be a key leader in driving project success and ensuring alignment with ArchKey’s standards and values.

Day in the Life

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of National Electrical Code.


• High attention to detail and quality.


• Willingness to temporarily relocate to job sites as needed.


• Experience with Accubid and Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Travel

• Travel to project sites is required and may include temporary relocation.
