You will guide multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, construction, and commissioning of overhead transmission projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of industry experience, including 4 years in project management, with strong budgeting and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field.
• 7+ years of industry experience, including 4 years in project management.
• Experience managing client relationships, contract requirements, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash management; ability to prepare proposals and closeout documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to adapt style for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage electric overhead transmission projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and contract alignment.
• Build and maintain client relationships; clarify project goals and technical needs.
• Coordinate scopes, schedules, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and quality controls across teams.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, project documentation, and coordination with clients, regulators, and subs.
• Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management; ensure timely payments and reporting.
• Lead monthly project review meetings with clients, management, and project teams.
• Develop and implement health and safety plans; ensure compliance with regulations and permitting.
• Support proposal development and identify new business opportunities for CHA's electric transmission services.
