Job summary

Shepley Bulfinch is seeking a Senior Project Manager who is creative and passionate about architecture, with at least 10 years’ experience across all project phases. You’ll lead a 3-5 person team, develop staffing, budgeting and scheduling plans, and oversee contractual and cost-control responsibilities.

You will interface with clients, lead meetings in the construction administration phase, and help deliver architectural drawings. Travel up to 20% regionally/nationally is expected.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects.
• Prior experience with higher education and/or urban development.
• Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, including reviewing submittals, RFIs, and revisions.

Shepley Bulfinch is seeking a well-rounded Senior Project Manager who is creative and passionate about architecture, curious about solving complex problems, and looking to grow and learn from others that share the same values. The ability to manage a team of 3-5 people, establishing project workplans (staffing, budget, schedule) and fulfilling contractual, financial and cost control responsibilities. We are looking for someone comfortable leading or assisting on the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, interfacing with clients, and leading meetings during the construction administration phase of a project.
