Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior operations/project manager to oversee replacements of critical operations equipment and assure facility systems integrity across a distributed network. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, capital budgeting, and cross-functional coordination with Facility Services and DC Operations teams.

You will lead design and implementation of material handling systems, manage budgets, and ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining 50% travel on select projects.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in a project management capacity.
• 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Background in material handling systems.
• Background in facility-related maintenance equipment and infrastructure.
• Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills working at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on certain projects if needed.

This candidate will also promote and reinforce safety, security awareness, and compliance among all associates.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience working in a project management capacity
• 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Background in material handling systems
• Background in facility-related maintenance equipment and infrastructure
• Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills working at all levels of the organization
• Ability to travel up to 50% on certain projects if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with Ariba, Service Channels, PO Issuing Platforms, Smart Sheets, MS Projects

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
