StarTekk’s team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects across multiple workstreams. The role requires coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, strong governance, and alignment with organizational goals.

The incumbent will manage schedules, budgets, and risks, while driving change management, data governance, and compliance considerations across a public-health technology context in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Senior project manager with experience leading large software implementations through execution and deployment phases.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and vendors, managing rollout readiness, and planning communications for stakeholders.
• Ability to manage integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, decisions, and issues while keeping leaders and delivery teams aligned.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete project and product delivery lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Establish governance, delivery controls, escalation pathways, and performance measures.
• Develop estimates and track scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and outcomes.
• Prepare status reports and executive-level communications.
