Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Experience independently managing complex architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Experience leading medium- to large-scale projects in senior living, healthcare, education, government, or other institutional markets.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methods, construction documentation, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects through all phases of planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Provide project leadership for scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor with proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and promote accountability and collaboration.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and deliverables; address challenges proactively.
