These pull together milestones, financials, risks and issues from each workstream into one consistent view that's ready for decisions. Manage the demand intake process, from triaging, scoping and sizing requests through building business cases and setting priorities with leadership. Make sure approved work fits strategic priorities, available capacity and budget. Direct PMO activities, including resource tracking, change control, and the standards, templates and tools that keep delivery consistent.
