What this job involves

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage and lead complex projects of many types including public K‑Higher Education School projects. You will be a primary point of contact with our clients and take the lead on assembling and leading consultant/vendor teams. Your innovative approach, collaborative mindset, and commitment to success will help us further strengthen our culture of collaboration and advancement.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional project management services
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams and third‑party stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives
  • Champion JLL’s values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging
  • Participate in new project pursuits
  • Typically work on more than one project for different clients
  • Work in a mix of in‑office, on‑site, and hybrid environments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably with significant Owner’s Representative/Manager experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering public K‑Higher Education projects in Massachusetts with municipalities and government agency clients is strongly preferred
  • Experience participating in new project opportunities, including sourcing, proposal preparation, and interviewing with prospective clients
  • Experience leading projects in other sectors including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and healthcare
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation
  • Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • MCPPO/OPM Certification
  • OSHA 10 Hour Certification
  • CCM/ Certified Construction Manager

Estimated compensation: 120,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Location: On‑site – Boston, MA
