Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in building infrastructure, construction, or energy-focused projects.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex building infrastructure projects from kickoff to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as primary customer advocate.
• Maintain quality and communication to drive predictable project outcomes.

Skills

Expertise in applicable codes and industry standards

Strong understanding of construction contracts

Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting

Proficiency in project management software

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

Associate degree required
