Qualifications

• PM/PMO experience on industrial/commercial construction projects.
• Experience with Procore and contract administration.
• Ability to lead and develop teams of PMs and APMs while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project startup and hand-off from estimating to execution.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans aligned with schedule, budget, and scope.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with plan.
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies.
