Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• 12+ years of experience.
• PE, Registered Architect, or CCM preferred.
• Market-specific certifications preferred.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Mentoring across disciplines in multi-design teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including scope, goals, deliverables, and QAQC protocols.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend budget changes as needed.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors and drive accountability for their work.
• Build, develop, and grow client relationships essential to project success.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
