Premier Research is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Analgesia to lead global programs within General Medicine. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure milestone delivery for studies from start to completion.

The role emphasizes global experience, pharmaceutical/medical device/CRO familiarity, and a strong ability to optimize resources while maintaining high-quality outcomes for patients.

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological- or science-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience in pharma/biotech/CRO settings.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and cost control at the project level.
• Global program experience and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.

The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $122,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
