Looking for a Senior PM role where the projects, package and long-term opportunity actually justify making a move?

We’re partnered with an established and growing General Contractor in West Palm Beach that is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to its South Florida team.

This isn't a hire for one project with uncertainty over what comes next. The company has a strong pipeline of major projects across South Florida and is looking for someone who can take ownership of substantial work while becoming a key part of the business long term.

For the right person, the package can reach $200,000+ base, alongside bonus, vehicle allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

You'll have genuine ownership of your projects, leading the project management team while working closely with field leadership, clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

You'll be responsible for:

• Full project leadership from preconstruction through completion
• Managing project budgets, forecasts and overall financial performance
• Developing and maintaining project schedules
• Subcontractor procurement, buyout and contract negotiations
• Managing change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation
• Leading owner, architect and subcontractor meetings
• Working closely with Superintendents to drive schedule and field execution
• Managing risk and identifying issues before they impact the project
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Leading and mentoring Project Managers, APMs and Project Engineers
• Overseeing closeout and final turnover
• Taking overall responsibility for project performance and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who have built their careers with General Contractors.

Ideally, you'll have experience delivering substantial projects across areas such as:

• Mixed-use
• Hospitality
• Education / Institutional

You should have experience taking projects through the full construction lifecycle and be comfortable owning the financial, contractual and operational performance of your projects.

We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate experience managing large, complex projects and project teams, rather than simply supporting another PM.

South Florida experience is highly desirable, but we're also open to exceptional candidates interested in relocating to the West Palm Beach area.
