Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 24-month contract opportunity located in Southern California (Remote). The role oversees a program delivered largely by a third-party vendor under a service agreement and requires strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.

The initial focus will be on the SCAL market with potential expansion across client markets. PMP or PM certification is preferred to lead this complex initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale programs with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop executive communications and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in large enterprise projects.
• Capable of translating business issues into actionable plans across disciplines.
• PM certification preferred (PMP or PM-related).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a program largely delivered by a third-party vendor under a service agreement.
• Lead program planning, executive communication, enterprise stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Collaborate with HTM leadership, Sourcing and Patient Care Services to execute the initiative.
• Focus initial efforts on the Southern California market with potential expansion.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage high-visibility, high-impact projects.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Senior Project Manager. This is a 24 months contract opportunity with long‑term potential and is located in Southern California(Remote).

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expected Shift: 8a-5p
• Interview Process: Virtual
• This position will oversee and manage the program, which will largely be delivered by a 3rd party vendor under a purchase/extended warranty (medical device as a service) agreement.
• The initial focus will be for the Southern California (SCAL) Market, with and possibility for expansion across all client markets over an approximately 24 month timeframe.
• Sr. Project Manager will partner with Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) leadership, Sourcing, Patient Care Services (Nursing), and other key stakeholders to build and execute this initiative.
• Duration of assignment, Option to extend or convert to FTE? ~2 years

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience working with cross functional teams to implement new large scale business initiatives and strategies.
• Experience managing overall program planning, crafting executive communication, enterprise stakeholder engagement, program coordination and change management.
• Ability to work independently and with ambiguity to manage a large group of enterprise stakeholders to execute on highly visibility and high impact projects.
• Proven ability to determine key business issues and develop effective action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives.
• Certifications needed: PMP or other PM related certification preferred
