Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager supports mission‑critical objectives under the referenced work order by overseeing overall contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across the EDA program. This role leads program‑level risk management and governance while engaging with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders.

Job Description

• The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing overall IDIQ contract execution and multi‑Work Order coordination.
• The position requires managing stakeholder coordination at senior government levels.
• Managers will ensure strategic alignment of program objectives with mission requirements.
• The role includes leading program‑level risk management and governance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or
• A minimum of eleven (11) years of professional experience managing complex technical projects.
• PMP certification required.

Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• Program lifecycle management and resource allocation.
• Risk mitigation and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
• Interagency coordination and DoD contract execution.
• Performance evaluation and strategic planning.
• SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Competencies
