Qualificações

• Four-year degree, ideally in construction management or engineering.
• 10+ years in construction, including 5+ years managing C&I solar projects.
• NABCEP certification (preferred).
• Strong ability to read civil, structural, low-voltage and medium-voltage plans.
• Proficiency in Excel, Gantt charts, scheduling tools and PM software (Procore).
• Excellent communication and organisation, with a sharp eye for detail.

Senior Project Manager – C&I Solar Construction

Stamford, Connecticut (office-based, a short train ride from NYC)

Our client is a fast-growing, well-capitalised developer, owner and operator of commercial-scale solar and battery storage, with a national portfolio of more than a gigawatt. They build generation where power is needed most: rooftops, car parks and brownfield sites feeding some of the most capacity-constrained grids in the country. With strong institutional backing, they are scaling quickly in markets with supportive energy policy.

The role

This is a senior position within the construction project management team, reporting to the Executive Project Manager. You’ll coach and mentor Project Managers while still carrying a focused project workload of your own.

• Strong working knowledge of OSHA safety procedures and the National Electrical Code
