Job summary

Regency Enterprises Services, LLC is seeking a Flexible Project Manager to oversee multiple complex projects in Missouri, traveling as needed. You will guide projects from planning through delivery, liaising with clients, contractors, and government agencies, and mentoring support staff who may assist from time to time to help with completing work.

You must have solid communication and time-management skills, with attention to detail and experience in facility management and contract compliance.

Qualifications

  • Certification in Facility, Janitorial, Custodial or Project management field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in large facility management in the U.S.
  • 3+ years management experience supporting government, railroad, janitorial/custodial or non-profit facilities.
  • 3+ years of supervision experience within the last seven years.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Act as REGENCY representative for client liaison and management; represent the company in client meetings.
  • Lead the implementation of safety and quality programs and maintain a very high level of safety and quality awareness to ensure compliance.
  • Understands client scope of services and monitors the administration of the applicable contracts.
  • Always represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.
  • Comply with all policies and standards regarding ethical business practices.
  • Discuss changes to the scope of work with COR/client and ensure compliance.
  • Ensures follow up on instructions and commitments associated with multiple projects.
  • Review at least annually, site safety plans, quality plans and other documents in relation to the scope of work; ensure site continuity books are accurate and up to date.
  • Establish regular internal meetings to review project status and formulate action items for any impending risks that are identified.
  • Production of project reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in support of bid activities and project performance.
  • Ensure compliance with REGENCY corporate governance and Integrated Management Systems (ADP, TRICOR, etc.).

Description

Flexible Project Manager who has what it takes to manage multiple complex projects to completion on an on-call/as needed basis in and out of the state of Missouri. The Project Manager will lead projects through every stage of the project life cycle, from planning to delivery and is able to travel frequently. The incumbent must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can maintain focus under pressure, for multiple sites, simultaneously. The Project Manager will be a key member of the corporate team, responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills and strong attention to detail. This role will give you the unique opportunity to contribute to the continued development of internal project management and take on a mentoring role when training support staff who may be engaged from time to time to help with completing work. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall execution of assigned work related to Janitor and Custodial Services, Supplies, Small Construction, Landscaping, Power washing, facility and parking lot management and other duties as assigned from time to time, etc. The Project Manager must serve as the principal point of contact between the Contractor and the client or Government agency. The Project Manager must have the ability to speak professionally on behalf of the Contractor. Must have the ability to facilitate contract renewals in conjunction with business development corporate staff and maintains working knowledge of contract requirements and annual actionable items associated with contract compliance. Responds to and reports risk as appropriate on a weekly basis to Corporate Executive Vice President and specified Government contact. This role offers an opportunity to utilize best practices learned in previous roles managing large venues, contract, temporary and FT staff. Flexible, discreet, personable, discerning, and professional demeanor required. The Project Manager is the conduit between the site and corporate management; ensuring that site issues are handled expeditiously and at the appropriate level. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, including contractual, financial and technical aspects of project sites within a defined region and will also be held accountable for the performance of sub-contracting entities with regards to the contracted scope of work/services.

Requirements
Professional Requirements:
  • PMP or an equivalent accreditation required in lieu of Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management through all phases of a project life cycle
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, ADP, Clean-Check.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely at a level appropriate to the target audience
  • Ability to solve problems by systematically analyzing issues, drawing logical conclusions, and recommending practical solutions
  • Exhibits flexibility and creative thinking+
  • Have a skill set to assess and remediate basic technical/mechanical issues on projects
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage the workload of multiple projects
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies and commitment to improving internal practices
Required
Qualifications (Education/Experience):
  • Certification in Facility, Janitorial, Custodial or Project management field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience which must include experience in large facility management in the U.S.
  • 3+ years management experience supporting government, railroad, janitorial/custodial or non-profit facilities.
  • 3+ years of supervision experience within the last seven years
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
Preferred
  • OSHA 30 and EM385-1-1 hazard recognition certification strongly preferred
  • Three (3) years of experience in leading major government, semi-government, or private industry/facility programs and projects valued at $1.0 M+
  • Proven track record of delivering project excellence in a direct project/program management role, and overseeing project control (cost, schedule, scope, and trends), environment, health and safety, risk management, contracts, procurement and financial management, and quality assurance
