Role Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead real estate projects from planning through closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, preparing and maintaining project plans, overseeing procurement and expediting of materials and services, and ensuring timely inspections and regulatory compliance. The role involves monitoring logistics, identifying risks, resolving issues, and providing clear status updates and documentation to stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, with regular on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Project Manager will also mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including experience leading complex real estate or construction projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience with expediting and expeditor-related activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, permits, and approvals.
• Inspection and quality control skills, with the ability to oversee site inspections and maintain compliance with codes and standards.
• Logistics management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources, deliveries, and site operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar platforms).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site coordination in Raleigh, NC and remote collaboration.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent are beneficial.
