Description

Bildt LLC, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group

Location: Oshkosh, Wi

At Bildt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

At Bildt, construction is about more than delivering a project. It’s about building lasting relationships, creating strong teams, and finding better ways to bring projects from concept to completion. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative, relationship-focused environment and can lead complex, high-impact projects across design, manufacturing, and construction. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to clients, trade partners, vendors, and internal teams while keeping safety, quality, schedule, budget, and project outcomes at the forefront.

In this role, you’ll lead projects from early planning and procurement through manufacturing, field installation, commissioning, and closeout. You’ll develop project strategies, manage budgets and risk, coordinate schedules and supply chain needs, and use production data to help improve forecasting and operational performance. Just as importantly, you’ll coach and develop project teams, strengthen client relationships, support sales and product development efforts, and bring people together to solve complex challenges. We’re looking for a seasoned construction leader with 10+ years of related experience who understands construction and manufacturing processes, project financials, production planning, and lean improvement, and who leads with the honesty, accountability, collaboration, and grit that reflect Bildt’s culture.

If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
