Long-term Contract (12+ months; can go up to 3yrs)

A major player in the media and entertainment space is seeking Project Managers/Project Analyst role to support a long-term, strategic transformation initiative. These contract roles, through TCWGlobal are based in New York City and span a range of experience levels—from Senior Analyst to Manager (3–12 years). Candidates should be strong collaborators, capable of managing project workstreams independently while occasionally jumping into functional problem-solving alongside business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead key project workstreams from planning through execution
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery
• Provide hands-on support with functional solutioning and issue resolution as needed
• Track project milestones, risks, and documentation with clarity and consistency
• Prepare updates and reporting for internal stakeholders, including leadership
• Support process improvement initiatives and overall program success

Qualifications:

• 3–12 years of professional experience in project management, business analysis, or operations
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or blended approaches)
• Strong communication and adaptability in fast-moving environments
• Background in media/entertainment is a plus, but not required
• Must be local to NYC and available to work in-office at least 3 days/week

Contractor Compensation:
