Michael Baker International's Construction Services staff supports clients by acting as their trusted on-site agent through all phases of construction, from pre-design to close-out, by providing qualified construction managers, inspectors, constructability reviewers, schedulers, estimators, and safety experts. As new technologies evolve throughout the construction industry, innovative ideas are required to maintain and deliver successful construction projects.
DESCRIPTION
Michael Baker is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the construction services team in Moon Township. The Senior Project Manager will oversee large, complex construction upgrades and major renovations for water/wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring project goals are met within time and budget constraints. Responsibilities include:
Project Management: Ensure project quality and safety, develop and update project-specific plans, conduct safety meetings, coordinate audits, and sustain continuous improvement.
Staffing: Establish work plans, arrange staffing, and manage recruitment and assignment of project personnel.
Client Management: Maintain client relations, interface with stakeholders, gather information on potential pursuits, and participate in business development activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Potentially supervising 5+ employees and various subconsultants, handling responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training, planning, and resolving issues.
