Join our True‑Blue team and help lead the development of the networks of tomorrow.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of large‑scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds.
  • Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities.
  • Oversee the project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry‑standard tools and methodologies.
  • Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Negotiate contract execution and change order management.
  • Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds.
  • Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted).
  • Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus.
Working Conditions:
