Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 8+ years of design/build electrical construction experience
• Proficient in estimating means and methods; experience with Accubid or similar software preferred
• Ability to develop and update project schedules
• Understanding of electrical estimates and project cost projections
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, NEC, and Low Voltage Systems
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Willing to work from Indianapolis, IN, and travel as needed

Day-to-day tasks include:

• Preparing and maintaining cost reports and project schedules
• Building client and vendor relationships
• Coordinating with project teams from pre-construction to turnover
• Managing change orders, invoices, and RFIs
• Overseeing project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion

Physical demands include frequent sitting or standing, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The role requires physical ability to perform essential functions.
