Your Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout
2. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
3. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
4. Lead project teams, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage
5. Identify and mitigate risks while proactively solving project challenges

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in project management for ground-up commercial construction
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Experience with multifamily, office, retail, K-12, or hospitality projects is a plus
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software
