Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive design-build projects on-site across North America. You will lead from concept through closeout, managing budgets from $60M to $250M, coordinating with architects, engineers and planners to deliver results on time and within budget.

You will build client and subcontractor relationships, mentor PM staff, and ensure safety standards and schedules are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related.
• 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million) ideally design-build.
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Experience leading a successful project management team.
• Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.

The Role We Want You For

The Senior Project Manager will be based on the construction project site and will be responsible for taking projects from conceptual stages through closeout. Provide leadership, technical direction, and deliver the best solutions on design-build projects valued anywhere from a $60 million to over $250 million. At Clayco, a Senior Project Manager is responsible for assisting with preconstruction, buying out contracts, and managing the project from start to finish.

• Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.
