Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects in the Des Moines area. The role oversees planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality/safety standards, coordinating with clients, engineers, and regulators to meet project requirements.

You will manage resources, drive efficiency, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while adhering to safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• PM experience on commercial construction projects (5–7 years).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency with PM software: Procure, MS Office, BlueBeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water treatment plant construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors.
• Manage resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• BA in Construction Management or BS in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-7 years of past experience as a Project Manager for commercial construction projects
• Proficiency in project management software (ie. Procure, Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam)
• Preferred- Technical knowledge of water treatment processes Salary- 140-160k
