EUA is seeking a Senior Project Manager who is a Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years of experience to lead complex projects in the Denver area. The role focuses on directing project teams, client relations, budgeting, scheduling, and design oversight.

Candidates will influence project outcomes, provide mentorship to project staff, and ensure adherence to code requirements and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years in the Architecture Industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Knowledgeable in the use of Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams through the full project process.
• Oversee client contact, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, and cost control.
• Negotiate contracts and consultant fees; manage project risk.
• Review progress, shop drawings, and attend construction/client meetings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate expectations to the team.
• Provide oversight on project documentation and coordination with studio leadership.

EUA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our firm. Candidates should be a Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years of experience.

Job Details

This position requires excellent technical, business, and interpersonal skills and is responsible for management and administration of all phases of a variety of projects and/or client accounts of considerable scope and complexity. Primary responsibility and oversight of client contact, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, cost control, and monitor all activities. Guidance will be given by Studio Director, Client Executive or Practice Leader, typically relating to overall objectives, critical issues, and policy matters. Provides critical leadership and mentoring for Project Architects, Design Architects, Interior Designers, and other team members. May have influence outside of the project team.

The Fundamentals

• Coordinate, Lead and Mentor Project Teams through entire Project Process
• Understand and Negotiate Client Contracts
• Coordinate and Negotiate Consultant Fees and Services
• Estimate and Maintain Project Budget and Work Plans

• Annual base compensation for this role is $95,000 - $135,000 based on skills and experience
