Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and execution of data center development and construction projects across a growing portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive schedules, budgets, and quality to meet Rowan standards.

The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with 15+ years of infrastructure experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel. Denver-based with a 3-day hybrid in-office model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Business or related field
• 15+ years in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or similar
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget in multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work across diverse teams
• Proficiency with project management and document control tools is a plus (Procore, P6)
• Comfort with fast-paced, fluid environments and coordinating many priorities

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day coordination of data center development and construction projects
• Mentor and oversee junior project managers and senior associates
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet scope, schedule and budget
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action logs
• Track milestones, dependencies, and manage risks and issues
• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and management
• Lead meetings, set agendas, and capture follow-up actions
• Support procurement activities including contract administration and change orders
• Maintain project documentation and ensure drawings/specs are up to date
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across activities
• Support site visits and travel to active sites as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes and tools

Role Summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the successful planning and execution of data center development and construction projects across Rowan Digital Infrastructure’s growing portfolio.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects who is excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment and support the delivery of next-generation digital infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners including development, engineering, construction, finance, and external consultants and contractors. The Senior Project Manager will help lead project coordination, reporting, schedule management, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Rowan’s quality standards.

Travel

Ability to travel 25-50% for company gatherings or to project sites.

150K-178K (Offers Bonus)

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projects
• Provide mentorship and day-to-day oversight for an Associate Project Manager or Senior Associate Project Manager, supporting their professional growth, development of project management skills, and increasing responsibility across project coordination and delivery activities
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to advance project scope, schedule, and budget objectives
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; proactively identify and resolve risks and issues
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead coordination meetings, establish agendas, and track follow-up actions across project teams
• Support procurement activities including contract administration, change order review, and invoice tracking
• Maintain project documentation and ensure drawings, specifications, and project records are current and organized
• Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across project activities
• Support site activities as needed, including periodic travel to active project sites
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years of experience managing or supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget across multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management and document control software is a plus (Procore, P6)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data center, mission‑critical, or large‑scale commercial construction projects is a plus
