A well-established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects in the Dayton region. This location produced $95M in volume in 2024 and is poised for continued growth.
What You’ll Do:

• Manage full project life cycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Lead field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong communication and project alignment.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability on every jobsite.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Ground-up build experience, ideally within industrial, healthcare, or commercial sectors.
• Demonstrated history of long-term employment (3+ years at previous companies preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
