Job summary

BarkleyOKRP in Chicago is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, manage, and drive multi-brand project deliverables across the agency. You will allocate resources, own project plans, and lead status meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes process excellence, risk management, and clear communication. You will mentor teammates, uphold standards, and help scale best practices across the agency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience assembling and managing schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Passion for empowering partners and clients with a seamless experience through process improvement and standardization.
  • Professional presentation skills and strong personal presence are required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Ability to establish productive relationships quickly with diverse personalities to meet project demands.
  • Excellent analytics mindset - telling stories with data and facts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and drive project deliverables across multiple projects and brands, simultaneously.
  • Work collaboratively to allocate and manage resources by project and account, including freelancing with Resource Planning.
  • Own, maintain and report on project plans, status, and hot lists for each project and account.
  • Schedule and lead weekly internal, and client-facing status meetings.
  • Track key decisions and prioritization impacting budgets, cadence, scope, and timelines.
  • Contribute to fiscal responsibility including scope creation, amendments, financial reporting and estimations.
  • Provide transparency to stakeholders to mitigate budget, scope and timeline risks.
  • Ensure all objectives and deliverables are clearly documented, approved, and delivered.
  • Support teams to define and measure project success using metrics, tools and resources.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new Brand Operations partners.
  • Guide adoption of new/existing processes and standards agency-wide.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and drive project deliverables across multiple projects and brands, simultaneously
