Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead 2 to drive strategic projects in the US, delivering objective results and maintaining strong client relationships. This role emphasizes governance, risk management, and optimal resource allocation across delivery teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead process improvements, and support proposals while guiding teams to meet business goals and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
  • Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
  • Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
  • In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA: $ 102,000 to $ 143,000
  • In Washington, DC: $105,900 to $ 147,500
