KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical, plumbing, and sheet metal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with field leadership, manage project financial performance, and mentor the next generation of project managers.

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to own mechanical, plumbing, and sheet metal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll partner with field leadership, manage project financial performance, and mentor the next generation of project managers.

What you’ll lead:

• Project budgets, schedules, procurement, and execution.
• Field coordination, staffing, and labor productivity.
• Contracts, buyout, change orders, and customer relationships.
• Cost control, billing, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Development of Project Coordinators, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers.

What you’ll bring:

Mechanical construction project management experience, strong financial judgment, and the ability to keep teams aligned through complex projects. A bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of progressive construction experience is required.
