Job description

There's a full-time opening at Shopping Partners LLC for a Senior Project Manager, and the work starts where Written Communication meets a genuinely hard problem. Few Chandler employers pair $87,000 - $133,000 with this much general autonomy, and fewer still ask only 6 years to earn it.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep your Organization edge sharp as the AZ market shifts
• Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room
• Juggle proudly-nerdy priorities without dropping the ones that matter
• Read Shopping Partners LLC's general signals and reprioritize without being asked
• Build and sustain strong working relationships across departments
• Trim Flexibility processes that have quietly outlived their purpose
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Shopping Partners LLC clients as needed
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Solid Delegation grounding, plus Written Communication you can pick up on the fly
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• Manager fluency in Project Management, with Delegation on your roadmap
• Comfort with the full-time cadence of a Chandler-based operation
• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities

Three things define Shopping Partners LLC: a Chandler address, a results-oriented culture, and a near-religious devotion to Cross-Functional Collaboration. Every Senior Project Manager at Shopping Partners LLC owns an outcome, not just a checklist of tasks.

Joining Shopping Partners LLC means $87,000 - $133,000, strong benefits, and a culture where senior engineers actively mentor newer talent.

Hiring is happening now, not last quarter, for this Senior Project Manager seat.
