Job summary

Insight Global in Boling, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee underground utility construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance. The role requires coordinating SELF-PERFORMED crews and managing client communication.

You will lead multi‑million dollar projects ($10M–$20M+), mentor junior PMs, and use tools like Procore, P6, and Bluebeam to plan scope, timelines, and resources. OSHA/NEC/NFPA 70E familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience in construction (transmission, substation, distribution, or EPC).
• Experience managing large projects ($10M–$20M+) from start to finish.
• Has led teams and mentored junior PMs or field staff.
• Hands-on experience with underground utility construction.
• Experience with construction management tools (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc).

Responsibilities

• Familiar with OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E, and other applicable safety and construction regulations.
