Job summary

T5 Data Centers in Austin, TX is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center projects from design through commissioning. You will coordinate design, construction and operations teams to meet cost, schedule and quality targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of PM experience, and strong communication skills; travel may be required. T5 offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities to work with Fortune 500 partners.

Senior Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX | Type: Full-time

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. T5 excels at building large scale data center projects for company operational use and also partnering with Fortune 500 companies for customized projects. In addition, we continue to expand general contracting business and operate in 24 states (and growing).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, required
• 4+ years Project Management experience, required
• Construction industry experience, preferred
• Data Center experience, preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES

• Must be proficient in: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and CAD/Visio
• Individual must be driven, hardworking and dedicated, required
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, required
• An energetic self-starter with a can do/whatever it takes attitude who can perform under pressure, work successfully on tight deadlines and identify and resolve problems as they arise, required
• Open to frequent travel if not local
