Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our WWTP and water reclamation facilities group to grow the Virginia region. You will be accountable to the Operations Manager for financial results and client satisfaction on multiple projects.

Defining and achieving SQP goals, you will contribute to company initiatives, develop coworkers, and participate in business planning and BURG performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CM or Engineering and 12 years of construction experience, or 16 years of construction related experience in water/wastewater.
• 8 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Proven ability to coach, train and mentor others.
• Highly collaborative work style with excellent communication skills, tact, and diplomacy are essential.

Summary

We’re expanding and have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our general contracting wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and water reclamation facilities group to grow our Virginia region. This role is accountable to the Operations Manager for the financial results and client satisfaction on multiple projects. Defines and is responsible for achievement of project SQP goals, contributes to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives, develops co-workers and participates in the business planning and performance of BURG.
