The role requires directing project management activities, ensuring compliance with design standards, and coordinating with consultants to deliver major highway and ITS projects.

Anticipated hiring salary is $125,228.74; the annual salary range is $107,452.75 to $139,056.50;

Qualifications

• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design concepts and standards.
• Experience leading project management teams and coordinating consultants.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, directs workloads, and trains subordinates.
• Directs and manages the Consultant Project Management unit and coordinates with the District Consultant Project Management Engineer.
• Develops planning strategies for the District’s production activities and ensures design documents meet standards.
