Qualifications

• 10-12 years in estimating and project management.
• 5-7 years in structural steel or modular projects preferred.
• Experience handling $10M-$50M+ packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed proposals for structural steel buildings.
• Oversee projects from budgeting to delivery.
• Manage full project lifecycles and monitor progress.

Skills

Leading estimating and project management lifecycles

Understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
