Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in project accounting and financial operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of purchase orders, contracts, invoice processing, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite).
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Discretion, ethics, and alignment with Catholic Church mission.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project records and budgets.
• Review requests for compliance with policies.
• Prepare project status reports and management reporting.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor onboarding, and contract administration.
• Analyze project cost variances and develop forecasts.
• Provide financial and operational advisory to leadership.
