Qualifications

• Experience in project finance, including tax equity transactions, non-recourse portfolio debt financings, and joint ventures.
• Experience in corporate finance, including secured and unsecured syndicated and bilateral credit facilities and capital markets transactions, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides written and oral legal advice to clients
• Anticipates and guards against legal risks involving the organization
• Works to ensure budget compliance and avoids the need for outside counsel
• Ensures disclosure of potentially material legal issues to senior leadership
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
