They will manage engineering teams, coordinate activities, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and over 10 years of engineering management experience, particularly in Mining and Metals projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Engineering Management experience.
• 5+ years Mining, Minerals & Metals projects experience.
• 4+ years of EPC/EPCM Mining project experience.
• Mining regulatory/MSHA certification and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams in Mining, Minerals, and Metals projects.
• Accountable for technical integrity, safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and coordinate engineering activities across project phases.
• Manage engineering execution across multiple offices and contractors.
• Deliver projects that are safe, sustainable, on time, and within budget.
