Position: Full-time, Staff SR Project Engineering Manager

Location: Greenville SC, Charlotte NC, or Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Manage engineering scope: Oversee all or part of engineering projects, coordinate with engineering and design leads, ensure deliverables, schedules, budgets, and effective communication.
2. Principal Responsibilities:
   • Manage medium to large projects, ensuring specifications, documentation, permits, and execution are on track.
   • Develop and control project schedules, evaluate prime contract impact, and support construction and documentation processes.
   • Coordinate with construction, support RFIs/DCRs/FCRs, and integrate construction into early reviews.
   • Lead department and organization policies, interface with customers, and support proposal development.
   • Plan work schedules, evaluate progress, and implement corrective actions.
   • Define services, deliverables, and project data, and support procurement planning.
3. Skills required: Project management, cost estimation, engineering supervision, organizational skills, effective communication, proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit (a plus).
4. Qualifications:
   • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (ABET-accredited).
   • 10+ years experience, with 5+ in project engineering/management, preferably EPC projects.
   • PE license preferred.
5. Pay Range: $136,400 - $204,600, subject to experience and location.

Must be able to perform tasks such as visual acuity, balancing, stooping, reaching, walking, kneeling, manual dexterity, climbing, hearing, talking, reasoning, reading and writing complex documents, and decision-making. Ability to perform all job functions at the office or worksite.
